Monthly Package
All items in this catalog have been approved by the Colorado Department of Corrections. Union Supply Direct will only accept orders placed by family members and friends. Inmates may not purchase packages for themselves or other inmates. Multiple orders may be placed for an inmate every month as long as the listed monthly spending limit for the facility and/or housing unit is not exceeded. To determine inmate eligibility and the maximum spending limit by facility and/or housing unit, please refer to the table provided. Package privileges are subject to change without notice.
Ordering Information: Orders are accepted January 1, 2026—June 30th, 2026
Delivery of Packages: Canteen will deliver to each facility based on their commissary delivery schedule. USG does not have access to the commissary delivery schedule.
Product: If an item is discontinued by the manufacturer, we will substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
Payment Method: Union Supply Direct accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, personal check or money order (must be domestic, printed in the U.S.) or cash payment through ACE Cash Express. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The following forms of payments are not accepted: Green Dot, Cash App, Apple Pay. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact card holder name, billing address, CVV code and telephone number that your credit card issuer bank has on file for you.
Sales Tax: Union Supply Direct has applied a sales tax for personal hygiene products as required by the state. Sales tax has already been included into the price of these items.
Shipping: All shipped orders will be charged $8.95 (non-refundable).
Returns: Used or abused items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please check all your items upon receipt. If any of these items are found to be missing or damaged in shipping, please notify a facility staff inventorying your package immediately. Damaged food and hygiene items will be refunded. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, approved refunds will be credited back to the card used in the original purchase, including prepaid credit and debit cards.
Customer Service Questions: Canteen and Colorado correctional facilities will not handle any calls or questions regarding the package program. Please direct all calls regarding package orders to the Union Supply Direct Customer Service Department.
